The group lessons are called Feldenkrais® Awareness through Movement and are verbally guided. In slow and effortless movement sequences while lying, sitting or standing, you refine your perception and get to know your movement patterns better. The focus is not on repetitive practice, but on discovering new possibilities and connections. You will experience power in lightness and stability in dynamics and learn to tap your full potential in a new way.
