Dancing is all-encompassing and works on many levels. Not only do you improve your flexibility, balance, strength and coordination – dancing has also been proven to have a positive effect on your memory and gives you an all-around good feeling. Even your immune system benefits.
The course is based on the possibilities and needs of the individual participants. You are given the opportunity to determine the intensity yourself. Gentle movement in sitting and standing or more dynamic sequences in moving around and through the room. Alone, in pairs and in groups.
We let ourselves be inspired by images, simple movement instructions, by the music and by the encounter with others. The course is organically structured so that you can follow effortlessly. So you train in a dance-like manner or you dance with a fitness side effect. The improvement of their physical and mental abilities happens with ease and pleasure.
